About The Role
This is a full-time role based onsite at our facility in Colnbrook on Poyle Trading Estate.
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Inspecting, repairing and servicing the cargo movement and handling equipment;
- Maintenance of cable drum brakes, wheel bearings, conveyor roller beds, and chassis turntables;
- Welding.
About You
- A basic understanding of simple mechanical systems;
- Practical experience with mechanical systems gained through previous employment, education, or relevant hobbies/interests;
- Confident with hands‑on, practical tasks;
- Entry‑level (Level 2) English literacy skills;
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure;
- A proactive and motivated approach to learning in a hands‑on environment;
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
