- Design and maintain high‑quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA)
- Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practical
- Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives
- Manage training records and certification documentation
- Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation
- Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation
- Act as an SME during internal audits
