- Take charge of maintaining our hotel’s high standards, ensuring every guest space, facility, and behind‑the‑scenes area operates flawlessly and looks pristine
- Hands‑on approach to repairs, upgrades, and day‑to‑day operations that support a smooth guest experience
- Design and oversee a preventative maintenance programme, extending the life of equipment and facilities to avoid unexpected interruptions and keep everything running like clockwork
- Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and swiftly address maintenance needs, from emergency repairs to room upgrades, delivering a reliable and safe environment for guests and staff alike
