Maintenance Manager

About the Role

The Maintenance Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for all maintenance and reliability activities at the facility and reports directly to the Facility Manager. The role is responsible for leading the maintenance team in achieving daily, annual, and long‑term asset reliability, safety, and operational performance goals through effective maintenance and reliability programs, outage planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Goals for the Role

• Act as a Safety Leader to ensure individual and team safety remain the top priority in work planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) personnel to support regulatory compliance, target zero incidents, and drive continuous improvement in site safety and environmental performance.
