Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Set departmental targets and drive the achievement of Maintenance & Utility performance goals
- Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operations
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all plant equipment and utilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, etc.) on equipment modification, upgrades, and replacement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven managerial experience
