Become a vital part of our Project Development Department as a Maintenance Manager, dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. This on-site role involves building maintenance and oversight across our Island and BC locations.
Under the guidance of the Director of Project Development, the Maintenance Manager plays a key role in ensuring safety and operational excellence at our facilities. You will implement and improve the preventative maintenance program, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Your responsibilities will also encompass emergency procedures, maintenance record keeping, and budget planning.
