Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the optimal functioning of all shop and field equipment, facilities, and building systems. This role is part of a dynamic and engaged operations team and is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of machinery and infrastructure to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Reporting to the V.P., Plant Operations, this position serves as the central coordination point between senior management, vendors, contractors, and staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all shop and site equipment, safety gear, a fleet of 25+ vehicles, and the structural steel fabrication facility.
