About the Role

As the Property & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring buildings are well‑maintained, compliant, cost‑efficient, and operationally effective. You will work closely with operations, leasing, asset management, and executive teams while leading site staff, contractors, and service providers across multiple properties.
