Job Description
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations for our production sites in Sandefjord - the Binder and Paint factories - as well as our R&D Centre. This is a vital role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all technical assets and infrastructure. You will report directly to the Operations Director, Norway, and be part of the Operation Management Team. Your primary work location will be the paint factory at Vindal in Sandefjord.
You will lead a team of 4 direct reports and oversee a total maintenance organization of 23 skilled professionals. Your mission will be to drive operational excellence, uphold HSEQ standards, and support continuous improvement in line with Jotun’s values and strategic goals.
