Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations across all stores, warehouses, corporate offices, and technical service centers.
• Develop, implement, and track comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, HVAC (air-conditioning), plumbing, and structural building systems.
• Ensure all company facilities are fully operational, safe, and strictly compliant with Philippine safety laws, building codes, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Coordinate all structural repairs, renovations, and equipment installations. Onboard, evaluate, and manage external contractors, technicians, and service providers.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and manage the inventory of technical tools, critical spare parts, and facility supplies to optimize costs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues, recommend infrastructure improvements, and maintain precise documentation for asset management.
