Maintenance Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedMaintenance Managerto lead and oversee the maintenance operations of our automotive manufacturing plant inTultitlan, Edo.Mex.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of plant equipment and infrastructure, while driving preventive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement in support of production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the plant's preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.Lead, coach, and supervise a multidisciplinary maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, facilities).
