We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Machine Operative to support the day-to-day running of our operation. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll help sort, prepare, move and store waste safely, while keeping the site clean, organised and operating efficiently.
As a Machine Operative, you’ll be part of a busy site team where safety, teamwork and attention to detail matter every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sorting, bulking and preparing waste for offsite disposal
* Baling plastic waste and supporting the preparation of recyclable materials
* Bulking items such as paint tins and aerosols safely and correctly
* Sorting non-hazardous waste for landfill where required
