In compliance with Board policy, procedures, standard operating practices, and applicable legislation, responsible for the repairs / replacement and maintenance of buildings and components within his/her restricted trade. Person must have a valid 309A Maintenance and Construction trade license. Voice, video and data communications, architecture and copper cabling experience will be considered an asset for this position. Building Automation and controls experience preferred.
