Elevate our maintenance operations as a Maintenance Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator, focusing on efficient inventory management and procurement strategies. Your role will be critical in supporting maintenance uptime.
In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and oversee all aspects of inventory and purchasing. Your responsibilities will include managing stock levels, facilitating timely order deliveries, and ensuring accurate CMMS updates. Collaboration with vendors and maintenance teams will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track inventory levels and manage reorder processes
• Validate incoming materials against orders and quality standards
• Generate reports to assist operational decision-making
• Conduct cycle counts and audits for inventory accuracy
• Implement process improvements for storeroom efficiency
