About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor, Concrete Products will drive and implement programs to ensure a more robust, cost-saving, efficient, and safety-focused plant maintenance system for our Concrete Products plants. The primary objective for this position is to create a proactive and preventative maintenance program.

What Youll Accomplish

• Tracking overall maintenance costs, breaking down costs by categories like parts and assets using software, and pinpointing high-cost assets.


• Meeting repair deadlines and maintaining maintenance metrics (KPIs).
