Maintenance Manager
Automotive / manufacturing – area: maintenance & facilities management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage maintenance teams, conducting performance evaluations and developing staff capabilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for equipment.
- Provide timely response to manufacturing maintenance needs and facility support.
- Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis for maintenance and safety issues.
- Oversee emergency management response, onsite safety/security, and act as incident commander when required.
- Ensure compliance with TS, ISO, and local/state/federal codes across facilities.
- Direct corporate electricians and external contractors to ensure adherence to standards.
