About The Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Supervisor, you will guide the team responsible for maintaining buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and involves providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Set the team goals for performance and deadlines. Ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Announce important information from upper management to employees.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records. Review and approve timecards.
