Maintenance Supervisor We are looking for a hands‑on, organized, and safety‑driven Maintenance Supervisor to support our two manufacturing sites in Hadashville and Oakbank, in Manitoba. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and help keep our peat-based horticultural production operations running smoothly. 
Job Summary Lead, schedule, and coach the maintenance team 
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems 
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues 
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers 
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
