• Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to coordinate through technicians, the repair maintenance and/or installation of machinery, tools and equipment.
• Prepares Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Manages the installation of production equipment, generating preventive maintenance for each equipment, including a replacement parts inventory plan.
• Maintains operational equipment availability above the plant-level target.
• Implements TPM on critical plant equipment.
• Develops and maintains updated risk analyses (Machine Risk Assessment) for workstations and operations and suggests and implements improvement actions.
• Establish relationships and direct communication with equipment suppliers to clarify technical questions, keep equipment up-to-date, and coordinate training for our technicians when necessary.
