Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description: To help maintain the physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional behavior, appearance, and work ethic to represent the school district in a positive manner at all times.
• Articulate a positive image of the school district and school district personnel.
• Demonstrate effective customer service strategies to all district patrons.
• Use care in the use of all school equipment and property.
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery in a safe manner.
• Help keep equipment and tools in safe operating condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: Plumbing and electrical experience preferred. Supervisor experience preferred. CDL preferred.
