Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Maintenance Tech position is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs on facility equipment, property structures, and ground maintenance. All duties to be completed in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Performs minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs.
+ Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
+ Responds quickly in the event of an emergency, notifies appropriate personnel, and follows safety protocol.
+ Implements preventative maintenance measures.
+ Completes maintenance work orders as requested.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**
+ Minimum Degree Required: High School diploma or equivalent
+ Certificate(s) or License(s): Certified in use of fork trucks/lifts preferred or willingness to be certified.
