POSITION SUMMARY:
Person in this position will be responsible for the repair and the maintenance of WestCare facilities. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
+ Maintain the facility grounds and maintain buildings in a safe and efficient operating condition.
+ Maintain an inventory of supplies, donated items, and a tool control system.
+ Maintain, schedule, and supervise clients assigned to perform duties associated with the maintenance of the facility and grounds.
+ Respond to maintenance emergencies and make routine repairs.
+ Diagnosis problems and provide assessments for anything that must be repaired or replaced.
