The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on professional who ensures the smooth operation of our hotel’s facilities. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you contribute directly to guest comfort by keeping systems running efficiently, responding promptly to requests, and maintaining the building’s aesthetics and safety.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Knowledge of boiler systems, pumps, ventilation systems, electrical, plumbing, water and sewage systems and other general maintenance work.

Knowledge of maintenance safety and security policies and procedures

Attention of detail

In good physical condition, capable of handling heavy materials and perform labour intensive duties. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize work load
