- Position Title: Maintenance Technician / Facilities Technician
- Working Location: Jurong
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am - 11.30am)
- Salary Package: Up to $3200 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for facilities (such as aircon servicing, electrical inspections, minor repairs on trucks/forklifts, pest control, etc.).
- Perform routine daily maintenance tasks for the facilities.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
- Assist with minor M&E installations.
- Coordinate and communicate with external contractors, technicians, and engineers as needed.
