We are growing and looking to add a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Faribault and Farmington , MN! This position is full time.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the physical asset of our properties. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to, building maintenance, apartment repairs, reconditioning, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, along with grounds care and snow removal as needed. Great customer service is a must as you will work daily with our residents.
