Job Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in analyzing malfunctions, the repair, calibration, inspection, overhaul, modification, re‐programming, maintenance support and operation of simulators, trainers, computers and digital image visual systems. This position requires working any shift (day, swing or mids) as required for successful operations of the C‐5 Aircrew Training (ATS).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be qualified, trained, and knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Applies basic knowledge and experience to solve routine technical tasks or system problems; those that typically may be performed solely by reference to maintenance manuals or similar documents.
• Assists in the design of minor hardware system modifications and software programs to stay current with
aircraft configuration and to improve simulator operability.
