As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic and collaborative maintenance team.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of greenhouse, packhouse, and facility equipment. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and fellow technicians, you will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
