Maintenance Technician Location:  Astro Hill – Iqaluit, Nunavut
Department:  Property & Facilities Operations
Employment Type:  Full‑time
Reports To:  Operations Manager 
Subsidized housing is available. Relocation assistance within Canada is available for the successful candidate. 
Position Summary The Maintenance Technician at Astro Hill is responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance, repair, and improvement of residential and commercial properties in Iqaluit, NU. This role requires strong carpentry, finishing, and drywall skills, along with general facilities maintenance experience and the ability to work effectively in a northern climate. 
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable performing a mix of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance work in a remote environment.
