Position Summary / Objective

As a Licensed Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for contributing to the company’s operational performance through maintenance program compliance and work order scheduling, including reactive and preventative maintenance for technical and non-technical components.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Food’s Core Values.
• Understand and lead compliance with both Health and Safety and Food Safety practices.
• Attend breakdown calls and independently troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Escalate recurring problems to the supervisor and work on eliminating them.
• Perform minor repairs, equipment set up, change over, overhaul, fabrication as needed.
