Maintenance Technician – Mississauga, ON
The Maintenance Technician is a dynamic, results‑driven professional with a passion for problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position will be part of a high‑performance maintenance team executing routine maintenance, ad‑hoc repairs, and supporting the troubleshooting of all factory machinery while minimizing disruptions and downtime.
What you’ll do
- Support commissioning and set‑up of plant machinery
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of automated equipment
- Proactively identify potential future problems and recommend preventative/mitigative strategies
- Document and record maintenance and repair activities, producing detailed service records
