Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Coventry
Type of Employment: Contract, 6 months with potential for another 6 months
Salary: £41,000 plus overtime
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, weekly rotation 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Key Responsibilities
- Minimise Downtime.
- Maximise Machine capability.
- Maintenance, repair & continuous improvement of production machinery, equipment & systems, including daily/weekly routine maintenance activities in combination with supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Identify and procure consumables & machine spares.
- Accompany, assist and monitor service engineers, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure efficient shift handovers to ensure machines and plant are safe & maintained at optimum operational condition.
