Job Description

Position Goal:

The Maintenance technician is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager by ensuring the maintenance, repair, safety, and security of all school district buildings and grounds. This role includes performing hands‑on maintenance tasks, overseeing contractors and vendors, managing supplies and inventories, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Reports to: Facilities Manager

Equipment Used: Servers, computers, keyboards, printers, phone, Promethean boards, standard office equipment, tools such as hand tools, power tools, HVAC equipment, and more.

Education, Training, Skills, Experience, & Licensure Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands‑on experience in facilities and building trades or 2 years of military training in a related field is preferred
