**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in the **Rochester, NY area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$22-32/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Install 12 new rooftop units
+ Remove ceiling systems
+ Assist with data cabling and utility management such as securing and zip-tying lines
+ Electrical installation and service work
+ Plumbing installation and service
+ Fixture installation
+ Complete punch list items across commercial building systems
