Monroe Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Summary
Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goal. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior and exterior of the building, all other areas related to day‑to‑day function of the building and activity of the residence, and oversight of outside contracts and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structure.
- Perform property and unit inspections.
