Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HVAC system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic in electrical control, air conditioner installation.
- Sufficient knowledge with FMCS and BAS system.
- IT savvy and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications for basic reporting.
Job Details
- To monitor system and equipment statuses on BAS to ensure HVAC system continuously operate in smooth condition.
- To immediately attend, rectify and elevate any breakdown and failure to system or equipment to ensure zero Interruption to Production.
- To ensure the data collection and recording on time and zero of human error.
- To perform routine rounding to all system and equipment. To perform visual inspection and data recording.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
