Maintenance Technician

Responsibility: Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including lubrication, alignment, and calibration. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of CNC machines. Inspect and adjust machine components such as ball screws, spindles, turrets, and tool holders. Replace worn or damaged parts, including gears, belts, hoses, and seals. Diagnose and resolve control system alarms and electrical issues, including PLCs and amplifier components. Maintain machine accuracy by checking alignments, backlash, and deviations. Ensure proper functioning of cooling and lubrication systems. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements. Collaborate with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
