Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers and vendors.
- Responsive to customer’s needs and requests in a timely manner.
- Must be able to perform basic maintenance functions for customers and building.
- Must be able to coordinate maintenance services with vendors on behalf of customers.
- Proactively perform property inspections and drop‑ins; communicate any issues to RECX team.
- Report safety issues immediately and recommend solutions to customers, vendors, or RECX team.
- Ensure safe and proper storage of all supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment. Ensure tools and equipment are in optimum condition.
