Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production equipment such as presses, CNC machines, sheet metal fabrication machines, coil manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, compressors, and related systems.
- Install, adjust, and test new machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reliability.
- Maintain maintenance records, repair logs, and equipment history.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety policies and procedures.
