Job Description
This position will be based out of **Flower Mound, TX.**
Schedule: **Monday - Friday** -- **5:00AM - 1:30PM**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Hands-on experience maintaining or fixing industrial or facility equipment (basic mechanical and electrical components like motors, sensors, wiring, and controls).
+ Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including identifying common issues, replacing parts, and getting equipment safely back up and running.
+ Comfortable using diagrams and manuals to help diagnose and repair equipment.
+ Strong focus on safety and following proper procedures during maintenance and repair work (including Lockout/Tagout).
+ Experience performing routine preventive maintenance and helping keep equipment reliable over time.
+ Able to document work clearly, such as maintenance activities, repair notes, or equipment updates.
