Maintenance Technician – Tier 1 (Direct Hire)Location: Berne, IN
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: As needed

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot equipment with confidence, and support both mechanical and electrical maintenance across the plant.What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and repair CNC machines (including lathes and mills such as Hurco and Mazak)

Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and grounds

Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision
