MAINTENANCE WORKER

The primary purpose of this position is to perform facility maintenance work primarily involving two or more of the trades which perform maintenance and repair of facilities such as buildings. Structures, grounds, and related fixtures and utilities, as well as assisting with carpentry, plumbing, and painting worker duties in the: installation, modification. Responsibilities - Performs the simpler and more routine tasks of the plumbing trade. - Performs simpler and more routine carpentry duties. - Performs simpler and more routine duties of the air conditioning equipment trade. - Provides support for all crafts in the Operations and Maintenance(O&M) section. - Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
