Range: $25.18 to 26.84

Location: Fraser Valley - Surrey, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge

Schedule: 7am to 3pm - Monday to Friday - Various shifts

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager or designate, the Maintenance Worker performs a variety of cleaning, landscaping and interior & exterior maintenance duties at various Coast properties.

Typical Functions & Responsibilities
Performs typical maintenance and repair work such as unplugging sinks and toilets, minor drywall repairs, touching up paint, changing locks, door handles and replacing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes. Notifies supervisor of major repair and maintenance requirements, and contacts external contractors and tradespeople to obtain quotes as required.
