Job Description The Major Works Officer post is dedicated to the Internal Wall Insulation Team. This role plays a critical part in leading supervisors onsite and ensuring safe, high quality project delivery that meets all specifications, adheres to programme, and remains within budget. As a Major Works Officer, you will assist in managing a multi-trade in-house workforce along with supporting various subcontractors. You will lead the deployment, supervision, and control of all resources, developing a dedicated team to continue with the full refurbishment of granite properties across the whole of Aberdeenshire. Moreover, this role requires the ability to provide information and recommendations on operational matters, along with promoting and ensuring adherence to all Health and Safety Practices.
