Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Malay dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Plan menus and develop new dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Ensure proper food presentation, taste, and portion control
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff when required
