Mall Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times.
• Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety.
• Responds to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
• Attends to lessees complaints or requests on maintenance services.
• Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must be a Registered Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
