The Opportunity
  • Permanent role | West
  • 5 days work week (include weekend/PH)
  • Working hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm/12pm to 9pm/1.15pm to 10.15pm

Our client handles lifestyle and support businesses such as travel and retail operations, and it primarily focuses on property management and operating lifestyle/entertainment spaces. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will help to manage the mall's information counter and handle enquiries.

The Job
  • Managing the customer service counter
  • Handling enquiries from shoppers/tenants
  • Assisting with redemption campaigns and events
The Talent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of frontline customer service experience in shopping malls
  • Good communication skills
