Responsibilities
The Mall Manager is responsible for the overall management of the mall through effective planning and implementation of its daily operations in accordance to the standard operating procedures of the company. This includes maintaining favorable relations with the tenants, the general public, as well as local government officials; and ensuring proper operations of the building facilities, security, and other services to the mall patrons.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Food Services/Operations Management, or equivalent.
- With at least five (5) years experience in a related field. Previous experience in a commercial setting an advantage.
- Candidate must have excellent leadership and customer service skills.
