Job Description

Objective:
This position is responsible for supporting multiple store operations within the mall by ensuring sales targets, customer service, brand standards, and operational procedures are consistently met. The role focuses on driving performance, team coordination, and store compliance to optimize business results.
Key Responsibility:
Supervise retail operations across stores in the assigned mall to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
Monitor sales performance and guide store teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered across all outlets.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all stores.
Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, and resolve grievances in collaboration with store managers.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new retail staff to maintain service excellence.
