Summary This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief of Staff (OCS), Strategic Management Office (SMO), with 2 vacancies in Silver Spring, MD. Responsibilities As a Management Analyst, you will support OCFO through executive coordination, workforce management, organizational and employee developmental, administrative operations, and strategic planning. You will also manage either the Performance Management, Awards and Employee Development Programs or the Space, Facilities, Property and Contracts Management Programs.
