Summary This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Atmospheric Research (OAR)/Chief Financial Officer-Chief Administrative Officer (OCFO-CAO)/Management and Organizational Development Division (MODD), with one vacancy in Boulder, CO; Miami, FL; Silver Spring, MD; Plainsboro, NJ; Norman, OK; or Seattle, WA. Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as a Federal Program Officer (FPO) for grants and cooperative agreements for the Office of Atmospheric Research (OAR). Work with OAR grants staff and leadership to develop an annual financial assistance allocation plan that supports the mission; and prepare budgetary analyses, status reports, and monitor and track execution of grants funds.
